SQuAD Conference 2009 Conference Submission Instructions

SQuAD welcomes original subject matter that provides guidance and inspiration to our attendees, covering new approaches, novel viewpoints, or challenges— particularly those topics where software quality led to a competitive advantage.

The Selection Committee evaluates submissions according to their originality, significance, soundness, quality of presentation, and relevance to the main issues of the conference. Abstract submissions must be between 300 and 600 words. Notification of acceptance will occur no later than December 15, 2008.

We are also interested in receiving proposals for half-day tutorials. They should be based on the themes of the conference, but dealing with a topic more in-depth. Tutorial group sizes will be limited to 40 people. Proposals for tutorials should use the abstract form and include a content outline and enough details to allow us to evaluate them.

Papers are peer reviewed by the Speaker Committee. Paper authors receive complimentary admission to the two-day conference where they present their completed papers in a 45-minute time slot.

The deadline for submitting abstracts and tutorials is October 31th 2008.

Click here to download the Abstract form. Email the completed form to the Speaker Committee by 10/31/2008.

We invite you to submit as many abstract proposals as you like.
