SQuAD Conference Sponsor/Vendor Information

The levels of participation for the Conference are as follows:

  • Platinum Sponsor - Cost $2000
    • Primary advertising space on all conference materials
    • Banner in the Keynote Room
    • Speaking slot at the conference
    • 2 free conference passes
    • 1st choice of booth location
  • Gold Sponsor - Cost $1500
    • Logo on advertising materials
    • Speaking slot at the conference
    • 2nd choice of booth location
    • 1 free conference pass
  • Silver Sponsor - Cost $1000
    • Logo on conference materials
    • Booth location

 

The 2011 SQUAD Conference will take place on March 9th & 10th at the PPA Event Center in Denver, Colorado. The Vendor Expo will be held on the second day of the conference and booth setup will begin that morning. Electrical outlets and Wi-Fi are available at the conference center.

 

Previous SQUAD Conferences have averaged about 250 participants. Each vendor will receive access to the participant list after the conference. We encourage participants to visit each booth to receive a stamp and signature from the vendor representative. Once the stamp and signature of all participating vendors have been acquired, the participants can enter to win a yet to be determined prize. This was a very popular approach at the 2009 SQUAD conference.
