Next Meeting Speaker and BioDate: Tuesday December 13th, 2011 Time: 4:00 pm Title: Agile Development on Distributed Teams Synopsis: The combination of agile becoming mainstream and distributed teams becoming more common in software development means we need to be creative in following agile values, principles and practices with non-co-located agile teams. Lisa Crispin will review the different flavors of distributed teams, and what we can do to promote a culture that lets this work. We can even find ways to leverage some advantages of distributed teams. Following a short presentation, participants will work in groups to brainstorm more ways to help distributed agile teams succeed.
